I build software, companies, and teams. Outside work, you’ll find me coaching kids, leading a Scout den, and helping organizations that make Austin better.

Projects

Passions

Most of my time outside work goes to kids and to the Austin organizations that look after them.

On the field and around the campfire

I coach kids' flag football and lead a Scout den. Both come down to helping kids try hard, look out for each other and have fun doing it.

Granting wishes

I chair the board of Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas, where the work spans governance, financial oversight and fundraising for kids with critical illnesses.

Serving as a family

We volunteer together through Generation Serve, which gave our family the Pilcher Volunteer Family Award in 2025.

About

I’m a mechanical engineer by training, with a BS and MS from UT Austin. I raced with Formula SAE and researched ways to use software to automate engineering design. That curiosity eventually turned into a career building software and companies.

Austin is home. Outside work, I spend time with my family, coach flag football, lead a Scout den, and serve organizations that support kids, families, and the city we share.

Along the way: Outstanding Young Engineering Graduate (UT Austin, 2025), Austin Under 40 in Technology (2023), and a Webby People’s Choice Award (2014).

Say hello

Building something interesting? Working on something good for Austin? I’d love to hear about it.

About this little flight

I built this site with AI, inspired by my favorite UT Austin commercial. It felt like a fitting way to introduce myself: a little engineering, a little experimentation, and a lot of Austin. The Tower’s lights and clock are real.
